SOLAR FLARES  : Eruptive (C-class flares expected, probability >= 50%)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet

COMMENT: Solar activity is very quiet again, but C flares remain
possible. A C1.7 flare erupted last night from new active region NOAA
0734. The solar wind speed is still elevated at 750 km/s due to the high
speed wind stream of the northern coronal hole, now covering the western
limb. Geomagnetic conditions are returning to quiet levels again. We
expect quiet geomagnetic conditions for the next days.
