to 26/2100Z: Solar activity has been very low. Region 739 (S04E52)
was newly numbered today.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very
low.
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 25/2100Z to 26/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field has been at quiet to unsettled levels.
IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is
expected to be at quiet to active with isolated minor storm levels
occurring through 28 Feb. A high-speed solar wind stream associated
with a coronal hole should become geoeffective from 27 through 28
Feb. Quiet to unsettled levels are expected for 01 Mar.
