SIDC URSIGRAM 41119
SIDC SOLAR BULLETIN 19 Nov 2004, 1229UT
SIDC FORECAST (valid from 1230UT, 19 Nov 2004 until 21 Nov 2004)
SOLAR FLARES : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM : Active conditions expected (A>=20 or K=4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet
PREDICTIONS FOR 19 Nov 2004 10CM FLUX: 104 / AP: 012
PREDICTIONS FOR 20 Nov 2004 10CM FLUX: 106 / AP: 018
PREDICTIONS FOR 21 Nov 2004 10CM FLUX: 107 / AP: 010

COMMENT: Catania sunspot group 65 (NOAA 0700), although already behind the west
limb, produced a final sequence of 6 short C-class flare in the past 24 hours.
The last and biggest one was a C4.9 at 05:12UT today. By now, the region is well
behind the solar disk. Other sunspot groups are expected to remain quiet. There
is a small chance for a C-flare from Catania sunspot group 69 (NOAA 0702).
Geomagnetic conditions are still quiet, but are expected to become active later
today due to the northern hemisphere coronal hole.
