About the only few that proposal will work for is the S&P guys for about 5 min 
until the spots roll by with the same call all the time!

We used to only call CQ on the radio. With this rule change you will
now need to call CQ on the internet too.

Everytime you push the CQ button that same button can now now send a
spot out to the internet with your callsign and current frequency.

I call a lot of CQs in a contest.

This seems like a poorly thought out idea.
