TopBand: BY1QH

BY1QH was QRV as of 1-15-98 on 1827 qsx 1829.  Noise not too bad
but QRM and birdies on the band is a problem.  Will announce qsx daily
as QRM changes.  But for now will 1827 listen up 2.  Worked about 30
USA and a number of JA's.  Have to put up 80 meter antenna yet, will
announce when QRV on 80.
            Will also announce when we are qrv "lp" in advance..
Will try and keep all updated as times and freqs change.  Hope to logall
of you
