TopBand: BY1QH

I received an e-mail from Merv this morning.  He wanted me QSP that BY1QH
will be QRV at 2100Z for Europe on 1827.5 -- QSX up 2.  He says only the
strong signals are being heard so no pile-ups there.  Call on QSX frequency.
If conditions are such that pile-up becomes a problem, they will give
instructions.  

Condx not good here in USA this morning.  Heard no JA's today but heard
VE7SV and K7CA calling BY1QH.  Later heard BY1QH weakly on 7006.  73/GL de
