Where do you get that there are three qualifying districts within NA
#1 (the qualification area).

"Maximum Score is the largest published score in the applicant’s
category from the =Qualification Area= in which the applicant’s score
was made."

I dont see any reference to a subdivision of the Qualification area
into separate call area.
