I'd scrap that whole BX setup and get a whole new installation that folds over at the base using a post, winch and cable. BX sucks for climbing anyway & with a tube inside, forget it. You could maintain the rotator at the base but you'd never get to the beam to work on it, unless you got up to it in a bucket.
