I had been a fan of the Logitech Track-man Marble trackball for years. When my old wired (USB) version failed (switches), I was forced intothe wireless version. I had the switch problem too. There are actually four microswitches in there. Two of them are for the little special-function clickers, which I never use. I swapped one of those special switches for the bad one on the main clicker. I still like the Logitech Trackball because it stays in one place on the desktop.
