I would not think the CQing station would have it removed. Otherwise you are
expecting everyone to know everyone else’s band plan. Also if you are a DX
station operating out of US band, the only way you can sometimes make the US
station go away is QSY in which case he will be right back or take the time to
explain to him that you happen to know that he is outside his band…. Or work
him and keep running stations as fast as you can.
