[CQ-Contest] Many US stns out of band

Gosh...

I rarely comment here, but.....

Before you complain about "does anybody check," how about reading the
yearly results.  There are guys dinged and DQ'ed every year for OOB
operations.  That includes Advanced and General calls who are OOB.

One year, the "winner" for his category got DQ'ed for OOB.

Yes..it is checked.  DUH !!!!
