Although really common, another pet peeve of mine is for a running
station to conclude a QSO with, "TU K5ZD DE N0TA QRZ." This sometimes
confuses others on frequency to think that K5ZD actually owns the
frequency. I think a simple, "TU N0TA QRZ" is more appropriate.
