...like I said, there's always the solution of changing over to a parallel
tuned plate circuit with link coupling: a little more work in setting it up
initially but much less of a headache in the long run. Again the GRC 106 was
a good example of a military amplifier. The ARRL handbook carried years back
an amplifier designed along these lines. I think I still have a printout
from the ,net if anybody is interested. Write me off list and I'll scan it
for you.
