Tommy W4BQF Paul Clinton told me non-warranty repair takes a minimum of three weeks before they can look at the rig. In November, last, it required six weeks to repair my Omni 6 Plus. In warranty systems have priority. Tom/W4BQF ON TOPIC QUESTION: How long is the typical TenTec repair cycle, please? I sent them my Jupiter and am wondering how long it is likely to be before it finds its way back home. I am not being critical, merely curious. -- Thanks! & 73, doc kd4e _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
