There's nothing special about the Triasto motor controller. I replaced mine
(corroded) with a motor controller for a boat lift. Likely your motor is
reversible with 120V by swapping the motor start capacitor connection with
a switch - so it starts in the opposite direction. This inverts the phase
of the start. Here's a simple explanation:

Most manual boat lifts use a switch made by Bremas to do this. I have one
of these that came in a nice gray box and cable - I can step back from the
tower to lower it. If I wanted, there are other switches for remote control
of boat lifts that will work perfectly. Here are a few diagrams for motors
