I agree with Tom..... I, and a lot of my friends, could not give an iota that joe blogs has DXCC ten times on 160m..... it is of little interest to anyone but the person who as done it.... if it's been done by cheating it's totally worthless!!! I enjoy working Dx, but don't need QSL's or awards to prove what I've worked.
