I was trying to show I had sympathy for both sides of this discussion.  
However to answer the question.
Since I have been challenged to do so.

Put the US Stations about 7075 or so.  And run split....just like the US 
Phone stations do. 

Sure that will not totally eliminate the problem.  But it is a 
"possible"  solution.  Works for phone and has worked for phone for decades.
