Don is quite correct however if my memory is accurate for this to happen the
user must selct the option from the menus. So in the end it is back to the
"honor system" for someone with two computers networked to select "last one
wins."

Not true. WriteLog "lockouts" work fine over a network. I use
them in each contest. Great feature.
