Alternatively, you can use Commander, which provides control of the
MP1000/MarkV filters, lets you define/invoke arbitrary combinations of
filter settings, and provides full transceiver control. Commander is
free, and available via www.qsl.net/dxlab .

You get a 1000MP filter panel on your computer screen and can set any
filter or combination of filters on an MP-1000/1000mark5/ or field on
any
mode. Works on com 1-6. Only draw back is filters need to be set prior
to
bring up any program using rig control.
