In most contests, isn't giving your callsign part of the requirement for a QSO?
I hear many stations running who only give their call once every few QSOs. It
would seem that the QSOs when they don't ID wouldn't be valid.

Not logging him is a start, But at the same time you are also
punishing yourself too.
You spent the time making the somewhat contact.
I wonder what the offending stations Cabrillo file looks like. if it has
the signal report in it.
The only thing I can see doing is in the soapbox areas complain about
people doing this,
and maybe post recordings of the offense happening, and let the
tradition of being self policing happen?
If it is a part of the exchange it MUST be included.
