IANAL, NDIP1OTv... but reasonably speaking, how can you possibly be held 
legally liable for malfunctioning (or poorly designed or improperly installed) 
equipment that you had no prior knowledge of? Especially if said equipment is 
covered (licensed) under FCC part 15?
