In some contests, both sides must have a valid contact or it doesn’t count.
I like that idea as it encourages accuracy rather than chaos.
I don’t think that an illegal contact on either end should count. I mark
those that I make and fully expect to be disqualified. Next time I’m just
more careful.
Not for nothing it’s another black eye in contesting if we count illegal
contacts, my opinion.
