This is typical behavior when using PC-generated CW.  It is worse with slower
CPUs and heavily loaded PCs.  Modern, fast CPUs with only WriteLog running send
perfect CW most of the time. Most people use an external keyer such as the W5XD
Keyer, Winkey, microHam units, etc. to avoid this problem.73,Ed W0YK

[WriteLog] CW Jitters Greetings,I've had an ongoing problem using WriteLog with
CW breaking up or having some delays, speeding up or slowing down, mostly
speedingup in the middle of a message.  Any thoughts as to why this behavior?
