If you do a compare of your \Windows folder before and after install,
you'll see WriteLog drops some other files in there as well as the .ini.
That might be where the difference comes from.
I don't know why it's written this way, but it is. I prefer all of a
program's files to be in its own folder. Maybe in the old days when a
*large* hard drive was 50 megs it made sense to share files, but nowdays
that no longer applies. And if they're *not* shared, it makes no sense
to put them into the \Windows folder in the first place.
