Does anyone ever sleep on the weekends?  Really got the contest bug now and can 
someone help with the ARRL CW contest next weekend?  Rule 6/6.1 says to include 
your DXCC location in your call sign.  That does not apply to us in the US 
correct? Also, is it against the rules for us here in the states to work other 
hams in the states or can you only work DX stations.  Boy those really sound 
dumb but better asked now.
