Hi Jim et all. I have the ICOM manuals from a 707 and a 746 Pro and while it isn't clear the master slave condition seems to be controlled with the rig/CT17 Transceive function. It appears that when the function is turned off the rigs act independent of each other and can be controlled by the computer if the program allows multiple rigs to be attached to a COMM port via a CT17. N8BJQ points out that only YPLog seems to support this connection. This discussion has been quite enlightening to me and as always the reflector is a great source of knowledge. 73 Dave N4IG |
