I have discovered on several rigs that the power cables and fuses in those cables are causes of voltage loss. At the voltages these rigs run, it doesn't take much loss to drop a few watts. Perhaps cleaning the fuses, sockets, and connectors would help. I haven't had cause to do it on the 910, but it really helped a FM mobile I have.
