I have an IC-910H s/n 027XX that I purchased used. On 2m FM, it puts out about 
90-95 watts through a Daiwa CN-103L wattmeter into a dummy load using RG-400 
cables while powered by an Astron SS-25 power supply. On 70cm FM it puts out 
60-65 watts using the same test equipment.
