I have that band and have in the past been able to work at least two
people in my area on 5.7 - K3SIW and W9ZIH. I really wish more people
were active on that band!

I don't know if I'm likely to work anyone on bands above 10 GHz from my
favorite hilltop because I haven't tried it yet, but I have a feeling 24
GHz is not going to make it to the nearest people who have that band.
There are at least a couple people around who have 10 GHz but not 5.7 GHz.

So it probably doesn't make a lot of difference to me if the result is
more people joining in on 5.7. I could live with that for one contest! :-)
