Perhaps K7PN or K0XG can make those components for you. I worked in
manufacturing so I was able to make the plates for my Rohn 65 tower myself.
If you can draw them with a CAD system it should not be difficult to find a
local place with a laser or water jet to cut out the plates. Getting them
galvanized is easy.
