I am looking for a product that I can dispense via a few drops onto

I assumed Locktite Blue or Red would do that for me but I have since
learned there are dozens & dozens versions. I clearly picked the wrong
products as they never "dried" or hardened. I have 263 Red and 242
Blue. Even a week after application both can be rubbed off flat
aluminum with little effort.......not what I am after.
For lack of a better description is there something out there that has
the consistency of thick nail-polish that will dry hard and help keep
the hardware from coming loose?
What you want is "wicking" thread locker - mine is 290 Green, but it
doesn't show up on Loctite's site. It's readily available, though, made
by Henkel Adhesives.
24 hour cure.
Why not nail polish? Historically, you'd use glyptal, which is still
made, but the surface has to be grease/oil free. What about model
airplane cement (acetone solvent?)
At work (JPL) we use a variety of polymerics for "staking", but I
suspect Solithane 113 has handling and other issues (7 day cure at room
temp?) that make it inappropriate
