I suggested to cut the cable at the bottome of the tower and check. Even better climb the tower and the connector is right thire to test with a short cable and you now have divided your problme in half. If you can get power up the tower with you power supply and control unit. I had to do that one time and the problem turned out to be in the connector in the shake. It the small things that get us.
