Are you running with the keying 'loop' or just the standard amp keying? If
you are using the loop, you have to turn on "Keying Loop 1" or "Keying Loop
2" and make sure you have the cables going from the OII to the Titan in the
right places.
If the loop system doesn't work, try the simple amp keying first. I don't
know much about the Titan III, but it can't be too much different than the
Titan 425.
