I have just checked A>B and B>A and can confirm there is a problem in 
transferring USB mode.  When USB is the mode then only the frequency is 
transferred.  Works fine with other mode settings.

I also agree that the latency in commands via the computer interface has 
increased noticeably since 1.369 and that this is unacceptable.  
Execution of computer generated commands was already too slow.
