I too am on my 3rd Tentec rig. I started in 1980 with a Delta 580,
latter a Pargaon and now an Omni VI+.

Now my station is in the center section on the 2nd floor of a 2 story
wood frame house so "ground" is non-existant. I have a Centruion amp
sitting next to the Omni VI+ as it did the Paragon. Antennas are coax
fed and balanced fed from a Tentec 238 tuner. The computer sits on the
same table and is always connected to the rig. No RF, no noises, no
buzz.

Never had the problem with any of them. Don't know why other folks have
the problem.
