[TenTec] On Contact Cleaning

Each product has its application.

Tried to look at that web page - very slow - and gave up.  I did see that
DeOxit was under the general category: Hydrocarbon based and other
Cleaaners/Degreasers AND DeOxit.  That AND is important.
