[SECC] KO4RR Plaque

In a way it seems it already is... There were only 10 fixed station entries
in last years GQP. There were 7 rover entries. If you count up the QSO's you
will find the rover's made the majority of the QSO's from GA. Plus.. rover
activity is what makes or breaks a QSO party. They keep the interest up for
those out of state who are trying to work all the counties...

There are no excuses for a fixed station in GA not to operate the GQP. The
SOLP Plaque winner won with only 127 QSO's and the QRP winner had less than
200 !!! These plaques are up for grabs for some who is willing just to put
some time/effort into the contest. It's now up to the SECC (and SEDXC) to
support the contest by operating.....
