Why not just make the GQP for rovers only? Maybe the SECC could come up with
56 categories for rovers by doing that?

Maybe have 3 categories for rovers :
1) S/O - does both driving operating
2) S/O with driver - S/O who does all operating. Drvier doesn't operate
3) M/O - more that 2 oprs that operate and do driving.
