It's a skill like anything else. All you need is practice.
First, you might consider learning to type. It's not a hard skill to
learn. Millions have mastered it. You can even buy typing tutor software
for your computer. Get something, work with it a few months, and see if
it helps. I taught myself to type on a manual typewriter with a typing
book. Took about 6 weeks. Since then, it's a skill I've used virtually
every day for the last 25 years.
Next, once you can type a bit, you need to learn to associate the CW with
the keyboard. If you can already copy in your head, this is a lot easier.
At first, it may seem awkward.
