CC Cluster do more quality checking than AR Clusters can for skimmer spots. You
cannot turn this quality checking off. It is permanently enabled. CC Clusters
do not send duplicate spots more than once every 3 minutes. This ensures that
N1MM and possibly other programs will continuously show "new" in the band map
as long as the station is still there.

I was connected the AE5E-2 node, which runs CC-Cluster software.
I think the CC-cluster nodes do some RBN spot quality-checking,
and they work perfectly with CC-User program filtering. I also
had spotters/Skimmers limited to Arizona and Southern Utah.

Two observations from the CQWW RTTY this past weekend:

1. The VE3NEA RTTY Skimmers have definitely come of age! I saw
very few instances of non-cq'ers being spotted, and hardly any
busted calls. Thanks to all who have been working hard on all of
this. It is a major milestone in contesting progress.

2. The old adage about JA's not showing up in contests on Sunday
afternoon ( Monday morning in JA) was sure blown away in this one.
There were TONS of JA stations on Sunday afternoon, on both 15
and 20 meters.
