Hi Jeff,

what do you mean with "packet"? Do you think of AX25 packet on HF?
The WAE is a BAUDOT RTTY contest - no AX25 packet. If "packet" is
understood as using a DX-cluster then there are no restrictions.
However, as already has been mentioned self-spotting is considered
unsportsmanlike.
