While I can not find where it specifically does not allow packet spotting or 
a provides a separate assisted category, it is generally considered to be 
"unsportsmanlike conduct" in a contest, and for that, you can be 
disqualified. Personally, I don't think you will have any problems finding 
plenty of stations to work!
