/ /I found where to steer the odd state abbreviations to the correct
ones. It is in the namedmul.ini file.
Under each contest is a section for alias's. For [NAQP] there is also a
section for [NAQP-ALIAS]. So I just added (DEL=DE) so if I see it again
it should work OK.
