SIDC URSIGRAM 40924
SIDC SOLAR BULLETIN 24 Sep 2004, 1155UT
SIDC FORECAST (valid from 1230UT, 24 Sep 2004 until 26 Sep 2004)
SOLAR FLARES : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet
PREDICTIONS FOR 24 Sep 2004 10CM FLUX: 091 / AP: 010
PREDICTIONS FOR 25 Sep 2004 10CM FLUX: 094 / AP: 012
PREDICTIONS FOR 26 Sep 2004 10CM FLUX: 099 / AP: 012

COMMENT: A new active region is showing up at solar East limb, which is
possibly the old active region 671. Active region 673 has become somewhat
magnetically simpler, resulting now in only a small chance for C-flaring. The
solar wind speed is steady between 400-450 km/s, no significant geomagnetic
activity is expected.
