Mark,
I apologize for any confusion, but we DO support the 4511!
I do not know the street price of the 4521, but our two radio board will be
less then the pricing on the Soekris website. I do not know if we are going
to support the 4521, but if there is enough demand I can make the
engineering request to do so.
Kevin

I should mention that if Karlnet actually does officially support the 4511,
I am very happy and will probably purchase some licenses immediately.

Maybe you should be talking to your own support people then and not me. I
spoke directly with a support tech and a software engineer and both told me
the same thing and that is the 4511 is not supported but in testing and the
4521 will not be supported (or at least both radio cards will not be
supported). I should also mention the support tech has been saying the 4511
is in testing for the past 4 months.

Mark,
I work for Karlnet.
WE DO SUPPORT THE 4511. We have several of them in our test lab.
The bin file you need is dependant on what you are trying to do (soho,
satellite or base station) but the product code starts with a "SV".
I do not know why you would say we "have no intention of ever supporting the
4521", as I can assure you no such decision has ever been made.
Kevin

Karlnet does not support it although it is possible to get the 4511 to work.
If you ask Karlnet if they support Soekris, they will say "not at this time.
It is still in testing". Also they have no intention of ever supporting the
4521 which is what I really want. I would love to be proven wrong since I
really would like to use the 4521 and 4511 with Karlnet.
Hey, have you actually tried the 4511 with Karlnet? If so, which software
did you use? I was not even able to get the 4511 to work when I tried a
while ago. Thanks.

*WHY*? There is money. All you have to do is to take it...
