Yes, map Ports 5631-TCP and 5632-UDP to the internal IP of the machine you want
to connect to.
To do this, turn on "Network Address Translation Redirector" in the "General
Setup" menu, then open the "Network Address Translation
Redirector Setup" menu and add 2 custom entries, one for each port and supply
the IP address of the machine on the internal network
running the PCAnywhere host.
Assuming the internal IP is 192.168.0.10, it should look like this:
