Nate
Bridging should not be turned on with NAT/DHCP also "Internal Radio IP"
not sure what this is, If this is the units IP it should be set to the
public ip address for things to work properly.

Subject: [Karlnet] Proper CPE Config?
Ok guys... I have a question..
What is the proper config for a user that you want to run DHCP &
Outgoing NAT.
Public IP: 207.193.79.100
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 207.193.79.254
Internal Radio IP: 192.168.100.254
Private IP: 192.168.100.100
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.100.254
Now the real question is... If you want to enable Outgoing & Incoming
Nat, & DHCP do you have to Enable Bridging to get that to work? We have
about 19 locations that have Outgoing/Incoming & DHCP enabled and DON'T
have Bridging or IP Routing Enabled... Is that the way it should work??
Because the last 2 customers we ran into some problems.. On one of the
installs we had to Enable Bridging and give the PC a public IP to get it
to work. The one yesterday we had to Enable Bridging, Enable Outgoing
NAT & DHCP. And everything started working... Im not sure if anyone else
has seen this. I guess I would like to hear from Doug or Kevin from
Karlnet about this..... What is the proper way to setup the CPE. We use
RG-1000 or RG-1100 with SR-4000's installed. We use Outgoing NAT & DHCP
so that the user doesn't have to setup a IP or know anything about it.
Anyway... has anyone else seen this?
Or how do you setup your RGs to do this??
What is the correct way??
