If you are using a logging program the 59/599 exchange has already been
pre-recorded. Why repeat something that has already been automatically entered
in your log? Doesn't make sense.

with the exchange?
If you're not submitting a log, nobody cares about your power, assistance,
etc., but send the correct info to the other guy if you're going to
participate. It's only common courtesy.
