Some contests with club competitions do not have either requirement,
thereby allowing all club members to submit scores in the club category
regardless of operating location or residence.  The main ones in which NA
operators are fairly active are:

WAE CW/SSB/RTTY
NA QSO Party
CQWW VHF
CQ160 CW/SSB
RDXC
