Over the long run, my bets are on N3FJP. Lots of special events, QSO parties and contests supported, easy to use, bulletproof, easy to pick up for the first time, backups are automatic, Web interface, CW interface, Transceiver interface, Partials, all kinds of band maps and helping guides. The best part is Scott and Kimberly Davis' almost daily support on the Web. I think that is what will make N3FJP be popular and useful for years.
